Fee COSI 2008
The total number of participants have been limited to 120, on first-pay, first-serve basis. Early registration with a discount of 150 Euro on the registration fee closes on March 25th 2008.
Registration* between March 25th 2008 and April 20th 2008 has a discount of 100 Euro. After April 20th the full fee will be charged
Registration is confirmed after payment of the fee (825 Euro).
The registration fee (825 Euro) includes:
  • Access to the lecture halls and poster exhibition site
  • Reception on Monday evening
  • Buffet lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
  • Buffet dinner on Tuesday evening
  • Conference Dinner on Thursday evening
  • Social Program on Wednesday
  • Copy of the Special Issue of Progress in Organic Coatings, sent to your home-address
The spousal fee (215 Euro) includes:
  • Reception
  • Buffet dinner
  • Conference dinner
  • Social Program
Student fee (350 Euro)
A limited number of reduced fees is available for students who present their work (accepted short lecture or poster). Students can apply for fee reduction together with their initial full payment, amount depending on the time of registration (early or not). Please supply the organization with proof of your student status (copy of studentcard or letter from your university).
After April 1st the organization will make a selection from the applications, and will reimburse the difference to the student whose applications could be granted. The selection process is not open for correspondence.
 
*Registration is obligatory for all participants (speakers, poster presenters, committee members, regular participants).
 
 
Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation before 25 March 2008: complete refund

  • Cancellation between 25 March 2008 and 20 April 2008: refund minus 20% of the fee and hotelcosts

  • Cancellation between 20 April 2008 and 9 June 2008: refund minus 50% of the fee, no refund of hotel payment

  • After 9 June 2008: no refunds
