Fee
The total number of participants has been
limited to 120, on first-pay, first-serve basis.
Registration* between March 25th 2010 and
April 18th 2010 has a discount of 110 Euro. After April 18th the full fee
will be charged.
Registration is confirmed after payment of
the fee (940 Euro).

The registration fee (940 Euro) includes:
- Access to the lecture halls and poster exhibition site
- Reception on Monday evening
- Buffet lunch on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
- Buffet dinner on Tuesday evening
- Conference Dinner on Thursday evening
- Social Program on Wednesday
- CD containing the Special Issue of Progress in Organic Coatings (pdf), sent to your work-address
The spousal fee (250 Euro) includes:
- Reception
- Buffet dinner
- Conference dinner
- Social Program
Student fee (580 Euro)
A limited number of reduced fees is available for students (Master- and PhD students) who present their work (accepted short lecture or poster). Students can apply for fee reduction together with their initial full payment, amount depending on the time of registration (early or not). Please supply the organization with proof of your student status (copy of studentcard or letter from your university).
After April 1st the committee will make a selection from the applications, and will reimburse the difference to the student whose applications could be granted. The selection process is not open for correspondence.
After April 18th the reduced fee for students is no longer available, all available reductions have been applied for.
*Registration is obligatory for all participants (speakers, poster presenters, students, committee members, regular participants).
Please note that registration is required also for authors. COSI only supports reduced fees for students if they either present a poster or give a lecture.
Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation before 25 March 2010: complete refund
- Cancellation between 25 March 2010 and 18 April 2010: refund minus 20% of the fee and hotelcosts
- Cancellation between 18 April 2010 and 9 June 2010: refund minus 50% of the fee, no refund of hotel payment
- After 9 June 2010: no refunds
