Poster information

• The Poster Session is on Tuesday 24 June 2008, from 18:00 -22:00 hrs.

• Poster presentation should be notified by e-mail to our secretariat (i.j.scholten-kamstra@tue.nl) ultimately 1 June 2008.

• Notification should include authors name(s), title, full address and an abstract of maximum 200 words for inclusion on the website.

• Poster size: A0 portrait (841 mm x 1189 mm), poster boards of this size will be present during the whole conference. Posters will be attached to the textile background (dark blue) by velcostrip supplied on site by the organisation.

• Students who want to apply for reduced fee, should notify a poster presentation or submit a lecture proposal.

• Poster authors are invited to submit an extended abstract and manuscript. Deadlines are for the extended abstract 15 May 2008 and for the manuscript 2 June 2008, see speaker information for more information.

• Bring your own printed poster with you to the conference.

• Do not forget to register your participation through the registration page.
