Poster information

• The Poster Session is on Tuesday 29 June 2010, from 18:00 -22:00 hrs.
• Poster presentations should be notified by e-mail to our secretariat (i.j.scholten-kamstra@tue.nl) ultimately 1 May 2010.
• Notification should include authors name(s), title, full address and an abstract of maximum 200 words for inclusion on the website.
• Poster size: A0 portrait (841 mm x 1189 mm), poster boards of this size will be present. Posters will be attached to the textile background (dark blue) by velcostrip supplied on site by the organisation.
• Students who want to apply for reduced fee, should notify a poster presentation or submit a lecture proposal before 1 April 2010.
• Poster authors* are invited to submit an extended abstract and manuscript. Deadlines are for the extended abstract 15 May 2010 and for the manuscript 2 June 2010, see speaker information for more information.

* Only participants (speakers, poster presenters) who attend the conference are invited to publish a manuscript in the special issue.
