Poster Information
- On Thursday 28 June there are two poster sessions scheduled.
- Poster Session 1: 14:00 – 15:30 hrs.
- Poster Session 2: 18:30 – 20:00 hrs.
- A listing of all participating posters can be found on the poster page. Each poster has number [1 - n+1], wich can be found after the authors name on the listing.
- Thursday 28 June, starting from the first break in the program (10:45 hrs) the poster room (Koninginnezaal) will be open for participants to put up their posters onto the numbered poster boards [1-n+1]. Velcron tape will be available.
- The poster boards will be numbered 1 to n+1.
- During Session 1 all odd numbered posters can be discussed.
- During Session 2 all even numbered posters can be discussed.
- Poster presenters are invited to stay with their poster during the assigned Session.
- The posters are clustered in topics.
- Poster presentations should be notified by e-mail to our secretariat (Secr-SMG-ST@tue.nl) ultimately 1 May 2012.
- Notification should include authors name(s), title, full address and an abstract of maximum 350 words for inclusion on the website.
- Poster size: A0 portrait (841 mm x 1189 mm), poster boards of this size will be present. Posters will be attached to the textile background (dark blue) by velcostrip supplied on site by the organisation.
- Students who want to apply for reduced fee, should notify a poster presentation or submit a lecture proposal..
- Poster authors* are invited to submit an extended abstract and manuscript. Deadline for the manuscript is 2 June 2012, see speaker information for more information.
* Only participants (speakers, poster presenters) who attend the conference are invited to publish a manuscript in the special issue.
