Registration

Everyone who is going to participate in COSI has to register his participation, this also includes speakers, committee members and poster presenters.

VISA
Whether a participant of COSI requires a visa to enter the Netherlands depends on his nationality and how long he intends to stay in the Netherlands. Nationals of many countries require a visa for an uninterrupted stay of up to three months.

Please note that the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs requires that the request for visa are submitted three months in advance.  The proper actions necessary to acquire a valid visa are entirely the participant's own responsibility.

Visa granted too late or not at all will not be considered as a reason for refunding of the conference fee.
